By far, the most serious threat to all of us is that human activity has triggered the automatic release of the 10,000 billion tons of methane presently frozen in the Arctic Circle.   (Methane is about 21 times more destructive than CO2)   Unless, within the next five years, we begin a major, global-level effort to turn Runaway Global Warming back off, the rate of release will escalate very rapidly to the level where it will  become un-stoppable.   If we allow that to happen, the consequences will be devastating, deadly, and inevitable!

The People's Foundations:  (aka  Pēp-Fo)  is a nation-wide, county-level, network of mutually-supporting, independent, non-government, non-big-business, non-profit foundations that will provide high-quality fair-priced services.   Instead of putting additional billions of dollars into the vaults of the super-wealthy, our foundations will: 
   Redirect the profits into rebuilding the county, state
          and nation's infrastructures, respectively,
   Put millions of people back to work,
   Completely replace the public service portion
          of the banking system,  
   Drastically reduce the destruction of our environment,    and
   Set up county-level emergency systems designed to provide
         locally-controlled, basic human services in the event of
         a major national or global-level emergency.
